Remedy Lorraine Marston (Vocals): Originally from the UK, Lorraine fronts Remedy with warm vocals, Latin style hand percussion & natural talent. Lorraine is an original member of the band. Graham Sullivan (Bass Guitar): From years of playing in local bands, Grahams` skills are a big part of what makes Remedy "groove". He also established the "Lakeside Recording studio" in Taupo. Barry Draper (Drums): With a flare for jazz, groove and Latin rhythms, Barry creates focused syncopation & percussive embellishment bringing experience & skill to the band. Justin Gibbs (Keyboard & Trumpet): Originally from the UK, Justin has been in Taupo for 6 years and brings good experience & talent to both Remedy & Taupo. He is also Head of Music at Tauhara College in Taupo. Graeme Draper (Guitars): An original member, establishing Remedy with an initial musical direction, Graeme has several years performing experience in both NZ and Australia and brings influences of Blues, Jazz and R&B to the band.
The band specializes in classic rock with driving guitars and strong vocals - Bryan Adams, Dire Straits, Lynyrd Skynyrd, John Miles, Joe Cocker, Bon Jovi, Amanda Marshall - and put on a dynamic live show. |

The original Back to Zero band was formed by local guitarists George Cook and Barry Kerr back in 1990, debuting later that year as a six piece band in the Telethon concert. There have been several re-incarnations of the band since then, with the 2008 lineup including one of the founding guitarists Barry Kerr, founding drummer Ray Ward, long-time bass player Graham Sullivan, new guitarist Steve Green and three renowned local singers, Stacy Carson, Dionne Bidois and Shona Pruden.
